Check-in time for The Inn is 4:00pm and check-in time for all condos is 5:00pm (earlier check-in may be available). Check-out time for all Peek’n Peak properties is 11:00am.

Please inquire at The Inn Front Desk to see if this is available on the date of your departure. If we are unable to make this accommodation, we would be more than happy to hold your bags for you while you enjoy the resort. The pool and locker rooms are available to you all day on the day of your departure.

Yes. All resort properties offer free Wi-Fi. Most of the condominiums have Wi-Fi access as well.

Housekeeping services are available in all 108 rooms at The Inn at the Peak. Unfortunately, housekeeping is not available daily in the condominiums.

For guests staying in our slopeside condos, we recommend that you pack the following items:

• Roll of Paper Towels
• Laundry Soap & Fabric Sheets
• Cooking Seasonings
• Aluminum Foil, Food Wrap, Storage Bags

Shuttles are available on weekends and holidays during the winter season.

Yes, we accept cats and dogs with no weight limit or size at The Inn only. Pets are not permitted in any condo rental.

All of the Peek’n Peak managed properties are non-smoking.

• Reservations are not guaranteed until the first-night room/package, taxes, and resort fee are prepaid.
• A $50 non-refundable service fee will be applied to all cancellations.
• Cancellations need to be received 14 days prior to the arrival date for The Inn and 21 days prior to the arrival for condos for a refund less a $50 non-refundable service fee. Once you are within 14 days of the arrival date for The Inn and 21 days of the arrival date for condos, your payment is non-refundable.
• Room and Package rates do not include 13% taxes and $19.99 Resort Fee.
• All condos are subject to a cleaning fee.
• Unit Requests (location, specific number, etc.) are noted but cannot be guaranteed.

Due to safety and privacy concerns, Peek’n Peak Resort prohibits the operation or use on or above Resort property of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public – including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists – without the prior written authorization from Peek’n Peak Resort. This prohibition includes drones used for filming or videotaping, as well as any drone use by media or journalists operating above or within the area boundaries. This prohibition extends to any devices launched or operated from Resort property, as well as any launched from private property outside of the Resort boundaries. Please contact a resort representative at 716-355-4141 if you have any questions or if you seek prior authorization to operate any such devices. Any authorized operation of drones on or above Resort property will be governed by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, local law enforcement, as well as those polices separately established by this Resort, which may include certification, training, insurance coverage, indemnification requirements, and waivers or releases of liability. Any violation of this policy may involve suspension of your access privileges to the Resort, and may subject violators to any liability for damages, including, but not limited to, damages for trespass, violations of privacy, and physical injuries to persons and/or property, as well as legal fees.
