Advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Credit card (payment/deposit) is required at the time of booking.

Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment times.

A complimentary all-day pool & fitness pass is included with your spa treatment.

20% gratuity if you are happy with your experience is customary and welcome.

All re-scheduling or cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours before your appointment. With this adequate notice, no charges apply.

If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical situations, may we advise you to consult your doctor before booking any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions.

We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Spa appointments and treatment packages are non-refundable.
