What is RFID?

Seamless, Resort Access

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) consists of a small circuit integrated into your Season Pass or Day Pass. When you pass through the lift line, this circuit will register and open an access gate automatically for hands-free and streamlines lift access. The goal is to ease the lift ticket and Season Pass experience.  Keeping your RFID card in a dedicated pocket throughout the season or stay on the slopes will help keep the lift loading quick and easy!

Here’s How It Works

BEFORE ACCESSING THE CHAIRLIFTS:

Before accessing the slopes, ALL guests music have a ticket/pass loaded onto your RFID card. Guests can only take one card through the lift access gates per day.

HOW TO USE YOUR CARD:

You should store your RFID card on your left side, in a secure, zipped pocket on its own, separate from cell phones, bank card, keys, or aluminum products. Do not have more than one RFID card on you at a time. You will not need to remove your RFID card from your pocket to access the lifts, unless there is a card read error.

SEASON PASS HOLDERS:

All Season Passes will now be printed as RFID cards. If you have already purchased and received a 24/25 Edge or Infinity Pass, the Resort will mail you a new card prior to the Season start date.

RFID DO’S

DO keep your pass in a pocket separate from any personal items, including cell phones, keys, and credit cards.
DO save your receipts as proof of purchase of your RFID tickets or passes. You will need the the barcode on your confirmation email to pick up your card at a kiosk.
