Peek’n Peak Resort is introducing a brand-new event, The Peak Uncorked - A Wine & Spirits Festival! The festival will offer guests elevated dining, fine wines, local flavors and live entertainment. Enjoy tastings of over 10 different wines from regional and national wineries beside savory delights featuring a hand-selected collection of Cabot’s finest cheeses that have been aged to perfection. 3-Course Wine Pairing Dinner
- Course 1: Seared scallop insalata with fresh herbs, blackberry vinaigrette and orange crème fraiche paired with The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc.
- Course 2: Short rib of beef with rosemary demi-glace, Sweet Potatoes O’Brien and braised leeks paired with Chateau St. Michelle ‘Indian Wells’ Cabernet
- Course 3: Cinnamon ice cream with grilled peach compote, sugar waffle and local maple syrup paired with Mazza ice wine of Vidal Blanc.
