Condo Reservation Policies
Top Things To Know About Your Reservation:
- You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a condo.
- A deposit of 50% of total lodging including taxes and fees is due at the time of booking. You must call the Reservation Center at 866-377-5274 to pay your remaining balance at least 21 days prior to your arrival date. Please Note: Once your payment is processed on your reservation the method of payment cannot be changed. Reservations made within 21 days of the arrival date are required to pay the full reservation amount at the time of booking.
- You may cancel 21 days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund less a $50 Cancellation Fee. Once you are within 21 days of the arrival date your payment is non-refundable. Failure to arrive on the above date will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment and any subsequent nights will be canceled by the hotel without notice.
- All guests of the resort must pre-register at the front desk of the Inn prior to using resort facilities.
- Condo check in at the Inn is after 5:00pm, check out is before 11:00am.
- Gift cards cannot be used for overnight reservations.
- Registered paying guests receive complimentary pool complex passes.
- Shuttle bus operates during winter holidays and most ski weekends.
- Condo rentals require a security deposit upon check in. The amount of the security deposit is based on unit type and is as follows:
- Camelot – $300
- Northgate – $300
- Canterbury Woods – $500
- Highland I and II – $500
- Clubhome – $750
- Ridgeview – $750
- Safety deposit boxes are available at registration desk.
- All condos are smoke free. Violators will be fined up to $500.
- All condos have a $24.99 Resort Fee that will cover the costs associated with maintaining and providing the highest level of amenities for our guests. These amenities may include but are not limited to parking, local phone calls, WI-FI, in-room bottled water, Bell Service, Pool-Fitness and Winter Shuttle Service.
- If you damage something in the unit, please contact the Front Desk. Any damages found upon departure inspection will be charged.
- Maximum occupancy is based on individual unit setup and is not to be exceeded. Exceeding occupancy levels may result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
- Condo rentals have a cleaning fee of $15.00 per night.
- Pets are not permitted in the rental units. If you are found to have had a pet in the unit, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
- All Condo keys are to be returned to Front Desk before departure. Unreturned keys will incur a $20 per key fee to your account.
- All linen and towel inventory are stocked based on your unit’s maximum occupancy. You may want to bring personal items (i.e. toiletries, hair dryer, laundry detergent or specialty cooking appliances).
- Shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are not provided.
- Please stay off of the professionally groomed golf course after hours. Violators will be fined accordingly.
- Reservations for the Bistro 210 are highly recommended. Please call (716) 355-4141 ext. 7146 to make your reservation.
- Peek’n Peak Resort is cashless. Peek’n Pay Card, credit/debit cards, and Apple & Google Pay are the only accepted forms of payment resort wide. Cash can be brought to the resort and loaded onto a reloadable Peek’n Pay card.
