Features include perfectly seasoned venison chili, Seared Scallops, Lobster sliders, and Beef Tenderloin Roulade. Each course is paired with a specially selected Erie Brewing Company craft brew. 3rd Course

Trio of Lobster Sliders; Citrus remoulade and micro cilantro, Dill Havarti, Red pepper mayo, blackened with tomato butter and sweet pickle.

4th Course

Beef Tenderloin Roulade filled with marinated olives, tomatoes, spinach and feta cheese.
