PEEK’N PEAK RESORT TO OPEN FOR THE WINTER SEASON ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18!

CLYMER, NY (DECEMBER 10, 2020) : Peek’n Peak Resort is announcing an official Opening Day for the 2020/21 Winter Season of Friday, December 18!

Snowmaking operations have been underway at the Clymer, NY resort since the evening of Thursday, December 3. Significant investments to the resort’s snowmaking system have increased the resort’s snowmaking capabilities, producing man-made snow from as many as 110 snow guns at a time.

Staff at the resort have spent months preparing new procedures and services to better serve guests during the COVID-19 pandemic. Peek’n Peak has invested in new dining options, including a new Market at The Inn which offers grab & go meals, snacks and 6-Packs of beer to go. The resort will also be offering a new pick-up option for family-style meal kits which can be enjoyed in the comfort of guests’ hotel rooms and condos.

Peek’n Peak’s Snow Tubing Hill will also open for daytime & evening snow tubing on December 18. An incredibly popular nighttime snow tubing experience, Lunar Lights Snow Tubing, will return to the resort again this season. Lunar Lights transforms snow tubing into an immersive display with thousands of multi-colored lights which pulse and fade in sync to music. Lunar Lights Snow Tubing will begin at dusk each evening that the Snow Tubing Hill is open.
