Peek'n Peak Win Top Award for 8th Consecutive Year.
Peek’n Peak Resort & Conference Center announced today that it has received the prestigious Resort Condominiums International “RCI Gold Crown Resort” award, RCI’s top quality honor. The Greenwood Forests at Peek’n Peak, an RCI affiliate, joins an elite group of resorts around the world formally recognized by RCI for attaining the highest levels of excellence, quality and service standards.
This is the twelfth year for RCI’s Resort Recognition Program, which acknowledges resort affiliates that consistently provide superior vacation experiences for the owners and guests. Since the inception of Greenwood Forest in 1996, the Gold Crown status has been awarded for eight consecutive years. RCI members who submit evaluations upon completion of their vacation determine the awards. Members rate the quality of the resort facilities and services in five categories, unit quality, hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance and check-in/check-out.
