Frequently Asked Questions
Participants must weight less than 265 pounds. We suggest that participants are a minimum of 48" tall for the ropes courses and zip lines and that participants have the ability to utilize the safety equipment and navigate the courses independently. The courses are for ages 5 to adult. However, for ages 5-9, 10-11 and 12-13 there are restrictions on specific courses available for their use. The purple, yellow, green and blue courses have requirements of parent/adult supervision or participation depending on the age bracket and the course being used. For example, ages 7-9 can use the yellow course with supervision but need to be accompanied by an adult on the green courses (1 adult per 2 children). You must be 10 years of age to use the blue courses with adult participation. Whenever adult participation is required, the 1:2 adult to child ratio must be met. See supervision requirements chart here.
This activity is not recommended for women who are pregnant. If they choose to participate, it is recommended that they consult their doctor prior to their visit. If we are unable to properly fit the harness, we cannot allow participation.
Reservations are highly recommended for the Adventure Course, Ziplines and Segway Tours. Groups of 15 or more need to make advance reservations in order to receive group pricing.
Most people that lead an active lifestyle and are in good health should not have any difficulty in completing many of the ropes courses. You are able to proceed at a pace that is comfortable to you, and you can exit the course at many locations. Unlike the purple, yellow and green courses, the blue and black courses are very challenging.
Pricing information can be found here. Please note, there is no charge for visitors who come to the Park to watch their friends and family participate from the ground.
Tickets are valid for three hours. You are encouraged to be prepared prior to purchasing your tickets (ie. restrooms, snacks and dressed properly) so you can maximize your time on the course. Entering a course at the end of the 3rd hour and completing that course is allowed. You are welcome at any time to leave the Park boundaries and return back to the Park during the time period printed on your ticket.
