| How to Spa |
The spa is a tranquil and serene retreat for your body, mind and spirit. Due to the consideration of others, we may respectfully request that all visitors keep the noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices disconnects you from the mobile world and will help you relax completely.
Upon check in you will be given a robe and sandals to wear during your visit to the spa. Disrobing for spa services is at your discretion. Our massage therapists are trained in professional draping techniques and will expose only the area of the body being treated. If, however, you have a preference for a male or female massage therapist, please let us know when booking your appointment. Undergarments may be worn if it helps you feel more comfortable.

Reservations
Advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card is required at the time of booking. |

Check In
Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment times. This will also ensure that you receive your full service as treatment times for late arrivals will be shortened. |

Gratuities
20% gratuity if you are happy with your experience is customary. |

Cancellation Policy
Because your appointments are reserved specifically for you, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the service. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. |

Special Consideration
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications, may we advise you to consult your doctor before booking any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medial conditions. |

Parties and Private Events
The spa provides an intimate setting for small or large groups. Whether it is a corporate event or a bridal shower, your guests will be welcomed from head to toe. Call us at 716-355-4141 ext. 7148. |

Valuables
We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. |

We accept cash and all major credit cards. |

Refund Policy
